Brief introduction of non-stick aluminum castable
Non stick aluminum castable is a refractory castable composed of super high alumina clinker as aggregate, fine powder milled from bauxite clinker and magnesia as powder, and water glass binder and additive.
Features of non-stick aluminum castable
- Good resistance to penetration of other active metals such as aluminum and magnesium
- High fire resistance, good thermal shock resistance and volume stability
- High wear resistance and high strength, able to resist the abrasion and impact of furnace mouth, furnace bottom and furnace wall during charging.
Applications of non-stick aluminum castable
Non stick aluminum casting materials can be used for aluminum melting furnace, holding furnace for parts contacting aluminum liquid, aluminum liquid holding furnace, aluminum liquid lifting package and other parts contacting aluminum liquid. It is especially suitable for integral pouring of holding furnace in front of casting machine and lining of high-purity aluminum smelting equipment.
